Welcome to our most frequently asked questions section. If you have any other questions that are not included on this list, please use our contact us form and we would reply within 24 hours.


SHOPPING WITH US

How do I shop at Dnenshop.com?

Shopping at Dnenshop.com cannot be easier with our system. Simply select the type of item you want from the categories at the left hand side of the page and then refine your selection if required.

Alternatively, type in the product name or code in the search bar at the right hand side of the page to find a specific item.

Once you have selected your item(s) click 'Add to Cart' and follow the easy steps to confirm your order and complete the check out process.



Is it safe to shop at Dnen Shop?

We have take every possible step to make our site as secure as possible. We use the latest SSL encryption technology and we take the security of your personal data very seriously. We have Paypal and sagepay check out with the 3D secure system in place, so yes it is indeed very safe to shop with us.



PAYMENTS

(i) What Payment methods do you accept?

Credit and Debit Cards:
We accept all major forms of credit and debit cards, you can either use the sage pay check out or paypal check out.

Bank Transfers:
We also accept bank transfers, money orders and cheques, please note these methods take longer to clear before goods are dispatched.

Phone/Fax Orders/Email Orders
You can call us on phone 08455191016 to make payments over the phone and also through fax 08718132811 or by email, simply send an email to customerservices@dnenshop.com and we would process it.


(ii) What Currencies can be used?

We currently only accept UK Sterling (£).



DELIVERY OPTIONS

What are your delivery options?

UK Standard Recorded Signed For Delivery {3-5 working days}.  A signature will be obtained from whoever receives the item(s); this may not be the person named on the address label. If there is no one available to sign for the item and the item is not collected or redelivery arranged within seven calendar days, it will be posted back to us.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately once you have placed your order it is processed immediately, therefore is not possible to amend.


What happens if I am not around to accept my delivery?

If you are unable to accept your delivery, the driver may leave it with a neighbour or in a hidden place if they feel it is safe to do so. A note will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel cannot be left with a neighbour or in a safe place, the delivery driver will take it back to the nearest deport and leave you instructions on how you can collect it or re-arrange delivery.


Do we ship to outside the UK?

RETURNS

What is the Returns Policy?

We try our best to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase and want to offer you the highest standard of customer service.

All unworn goods may be returned to us in the origial packaging, along with the receipt, WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. For hygiene reasons this does not include earrings.

Once we receive the goods, they will be inspected and a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge) will be provided.  Please allow about 7 working days for this refund to hit your account.

For your peace of mind you will receive a personal email from one of our team confirming that the refund has been processed, usually within 24 hours from receipt of your returned goods.

Refunds will be provided in the manner in which the payment was made, on the same payment card.

Please be advised that we strongly recommend you post the goods back to us via Recorded Signed For Delivery (Royal Mail) or similar. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Please note that the cost of returning items to us is your responsibility.

On the reverse of your receipt, please indicate the reason for your returns (this is purely used for feedback purposes).

 

What if I would like an Exchange instead?

Please send an email to customerservices@dnenshop.com to inform us that you want an exchange, quoting your order number and order details. Then please follow the following instructions: 

Please make your purchase from the website as normal for the product(s) that you want to exchange your returned item(s) with, and also select the new shipping type required at the check-out page.

Please note that as your new order will need to be re-shipped to you, a P&P charge is still applicable on exchanged items.

Please send your unwanted goods back to us at the following address: Dnen Shop 25 N V BUILDINGS SALFORD MANCHESTER M50 3BB (please be advised that we strongly recommend you post the goods back to us via Recorded Signed For Delivery (Royal Mail) or similar.

What happens if I do not return items as per the Returns Policy?

If items are returned to us outside the 14 days returns policy , we would not accept.  If for any  reason you are unable to return the items within this time please email  stating your reasons. We would review your reasons and send you back an email confirming if we would accept or not. Please also be advised that items must be returned in their original packaging in order for re-sale, if they are not returned in their original packaging you will incur a £5.00 fee per returned item.

If items returned to us are not via Recorded Signed For Delivery (Royal Mail) or similar, and they do get lost in the post, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.




I received a Faulty Item/Wrong item

We apologise if any item you received was faulty. In this case please email customerservices@dnenshop.com quoting your name,order number and contact details. Please state in which way the item is faulty and whether you want a refund or if possible an exchange.

We will then advise on how to return the faulty item, and we aim to get back to you in 1 working day. You are entitled up to 21 days from receipt of the faulty item for which to return it to us.




What happens if an item on my order is not complete?

If the item you ordered is unavailable when we come to pick and dispatch it, you will be informed in the dispatch email that we are unable to ship that item. We will ship any remaining items that you have ordered.  If you have been charged, we would refund that money immediately.
