We are certain that you would like our products but if for any reason you would like to make a return, no problems, we are always happy to issue a refund or an exchange if the item is available. You can make a return 14 days after the items get to you. We always ask that you send us an email to customerservices@dnenshop.com with your name and order number so we are aware you are making a returns. Please note that all items must be sent back in a resellable condition and in its original packaging.
